A new way

[Romans 6:11]Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thoughts
This verse is, inviting us to see ourselves in a new light. It encourages us to consider our own lives and the transformation we’ve undergone through faith in Jesus Christ.

When we think about being “dead unto sin,” it means we recognize that our old, sinful ways no longer define us. Through Jesus’ sacrifice, we have been set free from sin’s grip. This freedom allows us to leave behind past mistakes and destructive habits, knowing they no longer have power over us. It’s a reminder that we can choose to live differently, no longer bound by guilt or shame.

On the other hand, being “alive unto God” means embracing the new life we’ve been given. Through Jesus’ resurrection, we are invited into a vibrant, dynamic relationship with God. This new life is full of purpose and meaning as we align our actions and choices with God’s will. It means experiencing the joy, peace, and strength that come from walking closely with Him
